You already suspect something. Let us name it properly.
Short instruments that put language to a pattern you have been carrying, in words you can actually use. They name. They do not diagnose, and they do not tell you what to do about it.
A note from Sherry
I am a Certified Psychoanalyst and a Licensed Psychotherapist, and for almost three decades I have sat in rooms with people while they said things out loud for the first time.
I am not your psychoanalyst. I want to be plain about that. What I have brought you instead is the closest honest thing to it, in a form you can pick up on your own terms.
Thousands of hours of listening taught me the same lesson over and over. People are carrying something they have never had a word for, and there is nowhere near enough care available to help them find it. So I built something, instead of writing another paper about it.
This is therapeutic. It is not therapy. Nothing here diagnoses you, scores you, or tells you what to do about what it finds. It names, and it leaves the deciding to you.
ENRICH Global is larger than this page. The Collective is the part that is only about you, one person at a time, through psychoeducation.
These come before anything else is asked of you. They are free, they are short, and what you answer stays on your device. The point was never to reach your innermost thoughts. The point was to hand you a word for one of them.
We built the ENRICH Method for people who were never centered, rarely seen, and almost never met as their whole selves. The Global Majority. The diaspora. We know it because we live it.
Come and look. Nothing here is asking you for anything yet.

Amara, on what these are and what they are not. Read it instead.
Whatever it names, you were already living it. The only thing that changes today is that it has a name, and you get to decide what to do with that.
Before you begin
Hello. I am Amara.
Before you start, four things, because I would want to know them.
These are not tests. There is no score and there is nothing here you can fail. Each one asks about twenty-five small things, then tells you the shape your answers make and gives that shape a name. That is all it does, and that is on purpose. Naming a thing and telling you what to do about it are two different services, and only one of them is honest coming from a website.
They are not a diagnosis either. Nothing here assesses you or names a condition. If a result lands hard, that is information about your life, not a verdict on you.
They are free. Every one of them, with the whole reading at the end and nothing held back. What it costs is a first name and an email, asked before the first question rather than sprung on you after twenty five of them. Your answers are sent only so they can be scored and your reading handed back. Nothing you answered and nothing you scored is stored on our side or attached to your email.
And we ask one thing. One a day. Not to hold anything back from you. A dozen names for yourself in one afternoon is browsing, and by the evening not one of them would have touched you. One is the unit. Whatever it opens deserves the rest of the day to open in.
So take the one whose title made something in you go quiet. That is almost always the right one.
We will be here.
If twenty-five is more than you have in you today, there is a shorter set. The Quiet Questions are twenty-eight instruments of ten questions each, three minutes apiece, on the things nobody else thinks to ask about. Same terms: free, whole reading, nothing stored.
If you are in crisis, please reach Crisis Resources. You deserve a real person in it with you.
